I loved Jesus Calling and when I saw that Sarah Young had written a devotional for young children, I knew I had to get it. It's perfect for 2-4 year olds. My boys love this book and ask me to read it to them all the time. Each page is a separate truth that helps little ones understand just how much Jesus loves them. The illustrations are so pretty and the verses and truths are perfect ways to open the door to talk with your preschoolers about Jesus. My boys couldn't believe that God knows how many hairs are on their heads! I love that it is a board book and can withstand their play. I recommend this book to anyone with a pre-schooler. Great for churches, parents, grandparents, and babysitters. My 4 year old likes to "read" it to himself when we get into the car. The Postage Stamp Vegetable Garden is a must read for new gardeners! My four year old son and I have been wanting to start a garden and when I saw this book up for review on Blogging for Books I just knew I had to get it. And it did not disappoint! I learned everything I need to know to plant an awesome vegetable garden. The book is chock full of great advice and information including garden maps and a list of every vegetable with information on how to best grow each variety. The author gives great advice on soils, compost, where to plant, how to plant, and when to harvest. I can't recommend this book enough! Do yourself a favor and pick up a copy.
